NDG Cinema sa, whose registered office is located at chemin de la Vaudaire 6, 1297 Founex, Switzerland, is organizing a La Nuit de la Glisse 2024 competition, and is taking the necessary measures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of the personal data it holds or processes, in compliance with the provisions of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data. The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the data controller in promoting its business and that of its partners through a competition.

Identity: Last name, First name, e-mail address, place of registration for the competition

The personal data collected in the contact form is intended for the company's employees managing the competition, and, where applicable, for the sharing of commercial information with the company's partners for whom the participant has expressly given his/her consent to the sharing of his/her data.

Personal data collected in connection with participation in the competition will be kept for a period of 5 years.
